Technology-assisted inner exploration
Under controlled flickering and continuous light, with the eyes closed, many people perceive color, movement and pattern that no one is projecting. The visual system is doing it.
This experience places that phenomenon inside a designed sequence with preparation, guidance, sound and reflection, so that it becomes an experience rather than a demonstration.
No psychedelic substances are used or provided.
The question it is built around
How much of what I see is already mine?
Before
Screening specific to flickering light, an explanation of what the equipment does and does not do, and a short conversation about intention. Screening is not a formality and some people will be advised not to participate.
During
A guided sequence with eyes closed under controlled light, coordinated with sound. Intensity is introduced gradually. You can pause or stop at any point.
Afterward
Time to come back slowly, then reflection. Responses to light vary enormously between people and between sessions.
