Other Way In offers guided, substance-free experiences for exploring consciousness, composed from contemplative practices and experience technologies. No psychedelic substance is provided, administered, supplied or required.

Other Way In does not provide medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis or addiction treatment, and makes no claim to treat, cure, prevent or alleviate any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Experiences are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional, and Other Way In is not emergency or crisis care.

No promised outcome

Experiences vary considerably between people and between sessions. Other Way In creates conditions for exploration and does not promise any particular psychological, spiritual, perceptual or emotional outcome.

Participation and screening

Some methods require screening before participation, including those involving rhythmic light and more intensive breath practices. You agree to answer screening questions honestly, and Other Way In may decline participation where an experience is not appropriate. Read more about safety.
