Eyes closed, reclining, immersed in a light, sound and vibration program designed for you. Jeremy stays in the room, operating and adjusting the technology, without narrating.

Time to land, talk about what happened and notice what, if anything, you want to carry forward.
You remain in control. The light, sound and vibration can be adjusted or stopped immediately at any time.
