The technology

Close your eyes. Watch the light become color.

Controlled light through closed eyelids, sound all around you, and vibration you feel in your whole body. Composed into a single journey and adjusted in real time by Jeremy.

Nothing is projected. It comes from you.

With closed eyes, rhythmic light can produce vivid colors, geometry, depth and movement for many people. There is no screen. The imagery is generated by your own visual system, which is why two people under the same light can see completely different things.

Responses vary substantially. Some people see a great deal; some experience something subtler, like deep absorption or relaxation.

How we talk about technology

A lot of confusion in this field comes from mixing four different things. We keep them separate.

1.What it physically does
The mechanism: light, sound, vibration, timing.
2.What people report
Subjective experience, which varies widely.
3.What manufacturers claim
Marketing, labelled as such.
4.What research supports
Independent evidence, with its limits.

The palette of a journey

Not every technology is used in every journey. Your journey is designed from what you share in preparation and from the equipment available at the facility for your session. Other technologies, such as VR or wearables, may be discussed where genuinely relevant, but are not part of a standard journey.

The technology has settings. The experience has an intention.

The equipment creates the conditions. Jeremy designs the journey around you, stays present throughout, and can adjust or stop any stimulus at any moment.
