Preparation
Jeremy learns what brings you, what you are curious about, your preferences and concerns, and anything relevant to safety. Then he designs your journey.

Journey
90 or 120 minutes, eyes closed, immersed in personalized light, sound and vibration. Jeremy is present throughout, and the experience unfolds without narration.

Integration
Time to land. Talk about what happened, explore what felt meaningful, and consider what, if anything, you want to carry forward.
